   Separate what we know from what we think.

   Find the uncertainty

   Identify assumptions, unknowns, and unanswered questions.

   Decide

   Determine whether there is something worth pursuing.

   Build only when it makes sense

   If the evidence supports moving forward, design and build the appropriate solution.

   Make sure it works

   Test, deploy, document, train, and provide the defined Deployment Assurance.

   Hand it over

   The client owns the resulting system.
